Educated, Caring, Expert Staff
Home Care Solutions understands that the ideal caregiver should be knowledgeable, compassionate, empathetic, and focused on the well-being of others. Our Caregivers receive orientation, annual training, and ongoing education, so that they are best prepared to care for their clients. They are required to have a Level 2, FBI Background Check, have up to date CPR and have a CNA License or at least 1 year experience as a Home Health Aide or in a Nursing Home setting.
No Contracts
Unlike other agencies, Home Care Solutions does not require our clients to execute a contract. This means that you can put services on hold or stop services at any time without being penalized or charged any fees.
No Deposit
Some agencies require a deposit up front before services can be initiated. Home Care Solutionsdoes not require any upfront payment or deposit. Your fees for services rendered will be the only charges you will ever receive from us.
No Convenience Fees
Home Care Solutions will never ask you for a convenience fee of any kind. This includes the need to schedule a last minute visit, which we will do free of charge. You can also cancel a visit at any time without incurring a cancelation fee.
No minimum visits per week
Home Care Solutions has no minimum on how many visits you must have per week. Although we do have a 3 hour minimum per visit, we do not have a set amount of visits. You can even have “as needed” visits and not be charged extra.
Consistent Caregivers
Whenever possible we strive to provide you with the same consistent caregivers. Home Care Solutions believes that building a professional relationship with your caregiver leads to a more productive, efficient and positive experience.
Easy Payment Options
Home Care Solutions has numerous options for making a payment to your account. We offer automatic debit from your bank account or credit card, online payment, you can come into the office or you can mail a check.

Home Care Solutions accepts all Long Term Care Insurance Policies. We are here to help you with the often confusing details to help you get your policy initiated/active and paying.
