Jenny Wolff, RN /founder+ OWNER / Executive DiRECTOR

Home Care Solutions was founded in 2007, by Jenny Wolff, RN. Jenny has been a part of the local healthcare community for over 25 years and retains her many years of experience as a RN Case Manager in the Home Health Care Industry. Jenny is both the Owner of Home Care Solutions and the operating Director. She is native to Northwest Florida, and is honored to have the opportunity to serve her community.

 Most importantly, Jenny understands the kind of specialized support that patients and families need to remain in the comfort of their own homes, and has a wealth of knowledge about community resources and programs available to the public and Home Care Management. She strives in helping others in any way she can!

 When Jenny is outside of work, she cherishes and looks forward to spending quality time with her family, friends and grandchildren. She loves traveling and exploring the world!

madison smith, Managing director/ marketer/ hr administrator

Madison has been with Home Care Solutions since January, 2024 and has a wealth of information and knowledge that has been crucial to our success.

Madison was first hired on as our Receptionist and within 3 months, she became the Assistant Director, handling the work load of the Administrator, Marketer, and HR Rep. She has been dedicated and committed since day one and it shows! She has been working in medical facilities since the age of 16 and has vast knowledge of the healthcare industry which is a huge Asset to our company.

When Madison is away from work, she enjoys spending time with her husband who serves in the US NAVY, traveling, and cooking!

Christa kiefer, receptionist/ administrator

Christa has spent the past 10 years raising her 2 daughters and working a Full time job as a Receptionist at a local Physicians Office. She decided 1 year ago to pursue her dreams by starting her path to becoming a radiologic technologist (X-ray Tech). She decided in May, 2024 to join our team and has been a Joy ever since.

She has experience as a HHA, as well as health care reception experience!

Christa has a big heart, is dedicated to her job and is delight to have in the office!

When not working, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her loved ones, and drawing!
